“Rachael called me to follow up on an emailed quotation and by co-incidence the call came in just as I was looking at it so I had a few questions prepared. Rachael was able to provide immediate answers to my questions and also make some additional helpful suggestions. I opted for the standard Europe Cover quotation and based on the advice from Rachael will upgrade the policy as required when we travel to the Maldives or book a cruise.”
