Matt Harlin ACII
Matt is a Board Director of Brunel Insurance Brokers. He joined the group in December 2017 to create the corporate division, leading the team and wider strategy, and maintaining key client and insurer relationships.
Chris Ladkin ACII
Chris is a key part of the management team, having been a board director of various other insurance brokers over the last 30 years. He advises the board and looks after key clients.
Sally Cutler
With over 30 years in insurance and financial services, Sally supervises the Group's Operations, HR, Compliance and IT from our Bristol headquarters, and serves as Executive PA to the CEO and Managing Director.
Siobhan Moore
Siobhan heads up our Accounts Team and is responsible for all functions of our accounting department, from collecting and paying insurer money to the management of accounts.

Steve has over 20 years' experience in the insurance industry, managing provider relationships, advancing our broking strategy and developing exclusive products.

Matt has over 15 years' experience in the insurance industry. He joined Brunel to enhance the Group's personal lines offering, including its website, systems and client propositions.

Alice has over 10 years' experience across all types of personal lines insurance, leading the team to achieve new business, renewal and compliance objectives.
Sadie Tincknell Cert CII
Sadie joined in 2019 and brings 14 years' experience to Brunel, co-managing the Personal Lines team across new business and renewals.
Karla Johnson
Karla has been with the team since 2024, specialising in Home and Property Owners Insurance, and is working towards her Cert CII.
Katherine Smith Cert CII
Katherine joined in 2020 with over 15 years' industry knowledge, looking after high net worth clients across new business and renewals.

Rachael has been with us since 2021 and is responsible for our renewals team, ensuring the process runs smoothly and efficiently.
